SBC inks partnership with MACCI
State –owned Small Business Corporation (SBC) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Metro Angeles Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MACCI) to cooperate in strengthening entrepreneurship in Pampanga and other parts of Region III thru interventions like capacity building programs , policy reforms for greater access to finance and other assistance to SMEs in the area.

IGLF Grants Funding for SBC’s Risk- based Lending
The Industrial Loan and Guarantee Fund (IGLF) has approved the grant of about P 5 million for Small Business Corporation’s (SBC) SME Risk-Based Lending (RBL) Consultancy Program among Rural Banks which is part of the Corporation’s RBL Movement advocacy and capacity building as mandated under the Republic Act No. 9501 or the amended Magna Carta for MSMEs.
SBC first half lending up by 35%
Lending to micro, small and medium enterprises by state-owned Small Business Corporation (SBC) increased by 35% and posted a total of P 2.1 billion in total loan releases compared to just P1.5 billion in the same period last year.
